We ship during normal business hours. The shipping is a flat rate of 5.00 to anywhere in the USA. International buyers please contact us for a shipping quote. All shipping is done with tracking/delivery confirmation.
Videos & DVDs
Defective DVDs and Videos - We will accept returns on defective videos and DVDs for replacement only
All returns require a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA).
To request an RMA number please contact us through our website with a reason for your return.
Goods returned without an authorization number will NOT be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipment and the shipping fees for the exchanged item(s).
We recommend sending returns back through a tracked & insured shipping method (such as UPS or Fed Ex). We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in the mail.
We do not have a satisfaction guarantee policy. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with the content of a book or DVD, it may not be returned under any circumstance.
